CareerOne.com.au to be official jobs supplier

The Information Technology Contract & Recruitment Association (ITCRA) today announced CareerOne.com.au as its new jobs supplier for it2.com.au, the IT recruitment industry’s career portal.

Under the partnership, CareerOne.com.au will manage it2.com.au with underlying technology provided by recruitment software company, TurboRECRUIT.

As part of the agreement, any ITCRA members who advertise positions on it2.com.au will receive a discounted offer to advertise on CareerOne.com.au, further exposing their listings to CareerOne.com.au’s audience of over 1.6 million users.

Similarly, any IT job advertiser who advertises on CareerOne.com.au automatically has their ad listed on it2.com.au.

The new it2.com.au will also provide training and career resources as well as tips for job seekers.

The chief executive officer of ITCRA, Danika Bakalich, said that providing a reliable, credible job search tool for ITCRA members was essential.

“When we launched it2.com.au, our aim was to provide the most genuine and comprehensive jobs board for the IT recruitment industry.

“By partnering with CareerOne.com.au and utilising their technology strengths and reputable sales team, I am confident we will be able to continue providing our members with a quality recruitment service.”

The chief executive officer of CareerOne.com.au, Michael Harvey said he was delighted to be entering into this partnership.

“There is huge potential in the information technology industry, particularly at a time when it looks as if the jobs market is bouncing back. ITCRA’s reputation in the IT industry is that of a trusted, credible and beneficial governing body.
