Partners with CMyPeople to launch Personality Profiler
National employment website, CareerOne.com.au today announced the launch of the CareerOne.com.au Personality Profiler powered by CMyPeople – http://www.careerone.com.au/news-advice/career-development/personalitytest-campaign.
The CareerOne.com.au Personality Profiler is a free five minute online assessment based on the Humm-Wadsworth Temperament Scale. On completion, users are given a summary report of their personality style, matched to the skilled and professional occupations that suit them best.
Dr. Stephen Hollings, chief executive officer, News Digital Careers said that the Personality Profiler is a great tool for job hunters needing guidance in their search for a new job or career direction.
“Job hunting can be a confusing process and the Personality Profiler makes it easy for people to discover the different career possibilities that suit their personality style. It is particularly relevant in an age where we are told we will have at least three different careers in a lifetime.”
Upon completion of the assessment, users are presented with a list of current job vacancies on CareerOne.com.au that match their profile.
Dr. Hollings continued: “The CareerOne.com.au Personality Profiler provides a snapshot of a person’s strengths, weaknesses and how they work best. With this information people are made aware of their traits and opportunities they may not have considered, to guide their future career choices.”
There are 110 personality types identified by the CareerOne.com.au Personality Profiler. After the initial summary report of their personality style, users can receive a full report for free by email.
The Personality Profiler is the latest tool from CareerOne.com.au that provides support for job hunters. The site already offers Job Alert Emails, a Salary Calculator, Resume and Cover Letter templates and comprehensive Career Advice to support people who want to reach their full potential in their career.
Stuart McLean, CEO CMyPeople said: “CMyPeople are very excited to be partnering with one of Australia’s leading job boards to provide their users with the Personality Profiler. We are committed to providing candidates with the best support possible and effective job matching is an industry priority. We look forward to working with CareerOne.com.au in delivering this valuable tool to their large and growing audience.”
