Learning Seat Enlists Clayton Utz to Manage Compliance Courses

Online training and legal specialists combine to produce first-class compliance courses

Online training and compliance management provider Learning Seat has formed a strategic alliance with leading Australian law firm Clayton Utz to develop and deliver Learning Seat's program of legal compliance management courses.

The alliance will see Clayton Utz administer the program for Learning Seat, including designing the program's seven compliance courses and the content of these courses. Michael Solomon, chief executive officer of Learning Seat, emphasised the importance of legal compliance and said it was important that employers had the right tools for their employees to meet their legal compliance obligations.
